What to Expect:

The Executive Roundtable Series features next-steps and best practices to respond appropriately to industry disruptions, allowing executive leaders to recover quickly, adapt, and progress their organizations from survival to recovery. Our goal is to host an intimate session with leaders across various industries to spark creative thinking and problem solving. During this executive roundtable facilitation, we will be encouraging discussions on how to quickly execute next-steps with the greatest success rates, addressing how to adapt best practices for the uniqueness of your organization, and giving the tools for your organization’s short and long-term recovery and sustainability.

Details:

Monthly webinars on the first Friday at 9:00 AM will be held via Zoom meeting. There will be an optional 15-minute break-out session with the presenter at the conclusion of the presentation.

Connected Solutions Nonprofit Academy Training Series was created for executive directors, directors, and upper-level management in the nonprofit sector. Nonprofit Academy is a series of workshops designed to make an impact and give high-level tips capable of being implemented immediately to diversify and retain funding, create long-term sustainability, integrate technology, and be proactive with policy and regulation change.
