The acceptance of business model and operational process differentiators is highly desired for fiscal gains versus the acceptance of difference and diversified views, theories, and perspectives that are often polarized and diminished.

 

If we value differentiation for financial gains, we must value differentiation of ideas for human capital gains and innovation.
